All copays are due at the time of your visit
You also may be responsible for any deductible and/or services not covered by your insurance plan.
Please note travel medicine consultation visit is not covered by most Insurances and payment for this type of visit is due at the time of your appointment.
Insufficient funds ( bounced check policy)- patient will be billed amount due plus additional $30.00 per occurrence.
Missed appointments will be billed $30.00, unless appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance.
